Our newest studio, located on Victoria Rd north bound just after the BP Service station in Rozelle / Balmain area. There is ample onsite parking for your convenience.
BPS Tensegrity Rozelle has first floor access if required and is equipped with individual, fully enclosed Physiotherapy treatment rooms and two fully equipped Clinical Pilates studios. This location also boasts an full gym with functional fitness sessions run out of this space. The Pilates studio equipment not limited to:

Our Rozelle studio also offers aerial classes.
Our team of Physiotherapists and Pilates Instructors have between them, 50 years combined Physiotherapy experience, 70 years of combined Polestar Pilates and Pilates ITC knowledge, 10 years of combined ConnectTherapy experience and whole host of other skills to ensure we get you back to moving well and injury free.
The method of Physiotherapy we practice in our Rozelle studio is very hands on. Our Physiotherapists use a mix of dry needling, ConnectTherapy, Clinical Pilates, massage and a whole lot more to ensure that you, our Physiotherapy patients, get the best outcomes. Our Pilates instructors use a mix of Clinical Pilates, rehab based Pilates, reformer classes, Pilates mat classes and a whole lot more to keep our Pilates client’s moving well and feeling even better.
