Barre and Breathe is a 60-minute class that blends:

45 minutes of Barre Attack: A high-energy, low-impact workout inspired by ballet, Pilates, and functional fitness. It targets the small stabilising muscles of your legs, glutes, core, and upper body with precision and control.

15 minutes of restorative breathwork: A guided, down-regulating practice to help your nervous system shift out of “fight or flight” and into “rest and digest.” Think of it as your body’s natural re-set button — enhancing recovery, sleep quality, and mental focus.
